Buddha Statue
Always wanted to paint a Buddha... This was actually sorta completed at the end of 2008...but as my H commented about the 'artificialness' of the shadow, I had to re-paint the shadows in January 2009.
Mom really likes this painting..... So, it will be hers. Just have to find a way to cart it back to KL. Should I frame it here or back in KL???

WAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Didn't know you had SOOOOOO many talents!!!! This piece is so real, almost like a photograph leh! Now, you're making me itch to paint also.....but where is the time? *sigh*
ReplyDeleteMamaPumpkin - I used to bring my little one with me to painting class. The maid would chase him all over the hotel until he got tired and fed-up, and that is the cue for me to leave. (S1 was at pre-school then) Only now, with the boys so big, I could do more of the stuff that I enjoy....that is if I don't have to deal with maid problems!!!
